I visited this facility We visited Westminster Oaks for my mother. We were very favorably impressed. Everything was very nicely done. The tour was very nice and very inclusive. They treated us to lunch so that we would experience the cafeteria. They showed us different size apartments. Even though they were occupied at the time, they made arrangements for us to see them anyway. They treated us very well, and we were very impressed. I visited this facility We visited Westminster Oaks. The people that we have contact with were quite friendly, cordial, and very willing to be helpful to us. The dining facility was excellent. They have good choices of food, and they're well prepared. There were various types of accommodations from independent homes to studio apartments. The facilities that we looked at were very well kept, very neat, and quite compacted in a very pleasant setting. Also, they have almost anything you wanted to do. I am a friend or relative of a resident My grandfather was at Westminster Oaks, and it was pretty good. He stayed at the facility for a few months. I would recommend this to people who cannot get into another rehab facility.

I visited this facility A friend of mine has been staying at Westminster Oaks. What she has there is like a little town home. The one I looked at is really too big for me, so I probably will go with something like an apartment-type setup. The setting at Westminster Oaks is lovely and quiet. It is in the woods, kind of. Each of their little houses is secluded. You're not like stuck next to someone. There is space between your house and the next person's. That's probably the nicest feature I noticed. I visited this facility Westminster Oaks was really nice. They had different levels of disabilities there. It goes all the way from unassisted living, but it’s high-end stuff. I have friends that live there, and it’s top notch. There are people like retired doctors and other folks that are not doctors that live in the apartment complex, and then they have single family homes there as well. The residents are very satisfied. I am a friend or relative of a resident The employees who deal directly with the residents are Fantastic and very caring, going above, beyond, and outside their job descriptions to help. Management personnel leave a bit more to be desired. The pool is not up to ADA specs for entering and exiting with only 1 handrail along the steps.

I visited this facility Westminster Oaks is a good facility. The staff I talked to were very nice, friendly and informative. However, the facility itself was not appealing. They have different floors for different levels of care. The rooms also weren't big enough. It's more like a hospital than an assisted living facility. They may very well do if they have a better set-up.

I visited this facility I must say I was impressed with this facility. I am in healthcare and have been in and out of many retirement communities and nursing facilities. This one was clean and welcoming. The patient's were not running around dirty or unmonitored. The staff seemed to enjoy working there and new which resident needed what. They knew which needs needed to be addressed and did so accordingly. I also noticed that the typical community smell found in many older folks homes was not present in this one. I visited this facility The staff was very personable every time I was there, they always made sure that we had space to unpack instruments and enough space to set up. Once, as a group with my church, one of the church members who resides there took us on a tour so that we could see what was available to them. It was amazing! They have a salon, a movie theatre, a second hand store, everything. Recently, they acquired an organ and they used it for a silent film event they were hosting.
