Not very good neighbors when they plop a dumpster across from your house and you get woken by the dumpster being emptied. Starts as early as 4:06am. Nothing like being woke up by this loud truck, this early in the morning and 4-1/2 hours before you have to be at work. Video view from by bed.
New staff, better therapists, more therapy equipment. Kinder, better nurses, more humane and courteous treatment of patients. More consideration of patient's pain. Better dietitians. Better meal plans. Better tasting food.

It was far below my expectations. The staff wasn't organized. Was short staffed & even ran low on food. Room not up to par. Therapy was not what I expected. Got conflicting advice on things I was to do. Found bugs in bathroom, crawling around on the drinking cups. This was the Rehab part.
