I visited this facility Westminster Shores was constantly upgrading. It's a good-sized facility and well taken care of. The staff was very good. They've got a very wide variety of facilities and activities.

I am/was a resident of this facility Since moving to the Shores six years ago, the quality and quantity of services have deteriorated while the monthly service fees have increased dramatically. Initially, if medical help was needed at night, a nurse would evaluate the need for care. This has been discontinued. While numerous activities are offered, it is difficult to take advantage of them because of the scare space available due to an increase in resident numbers without an increase in activity staff. I am/was a resident of this facility We have lived here for one year and love it. The restaurant is amazing, and the bar/appetizers is equally delightful. Folks here are very friendly, the kayak launch is new. But one of the best aspects is that everyone sees the Tampa Bay and the bayou, plus a beautiful bird island. There is a half more sea wall for walking (with many benches!) and the sun is almost always shining. We see birds and boats/cruise ships as they move through the bay. I am/was a resident of this facility We moved to Sunrise Point last December and are so pleased that we did. Our unit is spectacular, the services are great, and we feel so welcomed by the staff and other residents. Many friends advised us to join a CCRC community in time to take advantage of all that is offered, and we made the wise decision to do so. We have no regrets and would urge others to do the same.

I am/was a resident of this facility I moved into the Shores in December of 2021. It is the best decision that I could have made at this time in my life. My wife and I had been snowbirds between Ruskin and Cleveland, Ohio, for 20 years. When she passed in November of 2020, I moved into an apartment in Gulfport for a year trying to decide what I wanted to do next. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Caring staff, clean apartments, beautiful setting, respectful atmosphere. My dad enjoys the field trips, the meals with other residents, and the relationship he's developing with the medical staff. The administration has done everything they can to make the transition to assisted living as smooth as possible.

I visited this facility My Shores visit was a very positive experience. The Sales Director was genuinely interested in my goals and questions. She spent extended time with us and provided follow-up timely information. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property offers a variety of room types from high rise to 1 and 2-story floor plans with variable pricing. The units and grounds are clean and well maintained. I am/was a resident of this facility Westminster Shores is fine. I’m getting therapy in the morning and in the afternoon, and this is where I’m living. I can’t walk, and I don’t participate in activities. I get three meals a day. They come and clean the room.

I am/was a resident of this facility We first heard about the concept of a Continuing Care Retirement Community like Westminster Shores from our neighbors. We used to talk about the fact that as people age they say that what accelerates the aging process is solitude and loneliness. So it's important from that point of view to be in a community where you have company, and plenty of activities. Once you go on your first visit, you're almost hooked!
