RecommendedDuring Irma, the staff, the volunteer’s and residents did such an amazing job. The care, concern and love they gave to their residents both in independent, assisted and in the Health Center was outstanding. It was a hugh endeavor to move their residents from Tropical Palms into the safety of the Manor and the Garden Apartments added to that to have many others being transferred from other facilities to weather out the storm at the Manor. I have tried to get somebody from admissions to return my calls and emails on multiple occasions. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

During my mom's stay there there was several incidents where the staff went against everything I told them about my mom. Several times I came in and my mom was a mess. One morning I came in and the so called CNA was leaving moms room and when I went in there my mom was half naked and half way down her bed. Another time my girls went in to visit her, the door was closed, all lights off, TV off, nurse button put on the dresser where my mom couldn't reach it.
