As president of my COA, I have been working with Dianna Gruber for close to 21/2 years and she is very knowledgeable in her position with Soutnern State Management. She is always available and never hesitates to visit our complex, to observe or dicuss our issues, that arise. On more than one occassion, she has visited after normal working hours. Southern States Management has been a part of our association for over 16years. While 2025 certainly presented challenges in our relationship, a bright spot was the addition of Diana Gruber to our team as our property manager. She’s proven capable, engaging and responsive with us as we worked through budget, vendor and contractual issues since joining us in September. She’s FIVE STAR for our board. Sheri Swim is the best property manager I have ever worked with in 40 years. She is efficient, helpful and always follows through. It is always such a pleasure working with her. I feel that our condominium Summerwind in Cocoa Beach Florida is very lucky to have her as our property manager. I hope she continues working with us for many years to come.
