I have a family member that lives here and everyone in the building is super friendly. Bingo night is always a blast and the staff is friendly and everyone seems to look out for each other. Prime location

The overall apartment is perfect for someone older looking to downsize. They have tons of activities for the residents and the overall building is very active. Although my MIL only lived here a short time before passing unexpectedly, all of the staff was so wonderful while she was there. The maintenance staff made some accommodations to her bathroom immediately after moving in. Adriana in administration and Nancy at the front desk where always so responsive and kind. My mom has lived here for several years now, at first it was an adjustment for her but she has settled in and is happy with her place at Magnolia Tower. The team here is very attentive, helpful and considerate of the needs of the residents. They host regular events, activities and a food pantry where a team of volunteers delivers/distributes food on a biweekly basis for those in need or that want the extra nutritious foods provided. My dad lives here. The staff are so kind, they really go above and beyond for their residents. The community it's clean, quite and very safe/secure. It's location is wonderful in Downtown Orlando. It's right across the street from Dr Phillips Performing Arts Center, it surrounded by outside restaurants of downtown, near the movie theater and court house. It really is a wonderful place to live and in the middle of it all in Downtown.

I have live in magnolia towers for the past 8 years. I have experience the changes for the better in our building. Modern apartments, changed the appearance of our building making modern and inviting. Always have programs to help our residents. Great volunteer group that helps with food pantry, activities, bingo and more. There is always an event that helps the residents to be inform. Living at magnolia has been a great experience. Safe place to live. And we are in the heart of downtown. Thanks to Westminster.
