When I was told that this pharmacy would package my meds for me, sorting them in envelopes for each day, morning and evening, I was sold! But that doesn't happen. I have a cousin who is a customer, and they do it for her - but she is in Assisted Living. I'm in Independent Living. So I still get the meds in bottles for me to sort through with a pill caddy. Worse, the pharmacy does not deliver to my home (which was the other thing I'd been reassured would happen). NOR do they even notify me when I have a prescription. I... read more
I am a new customer of LS as a resident of Shell Point in Fort Myers. I have contacted LS's Customer Service 3 times and I have been AMAZED at how friendly and helpful they have been. I have talked with 3 different reps and they all make me feel confident that our pharmacy needs are in great hands. Thank you, John P.
Terrible website that requires downloading an app that's required to refill prescriptions. Although the app supposedly provides a way to create an account, it doesn't work. I requested a confirmation email to set up my account twice, but it was never received. Although there's a module within MyWLife to access pharmacy services, it just is a splash page to the web site, which provides no interactivity. Considering becoming a patient but not happy that charges can't be billed automatically to a credit card. This is a very outdated way to do business. Many senior couples have one spouse that take care of paying bills, what happens when that person is temporarily unavailable?
I'm pleased to say that since I wrote an earlier review Westminster has changed its Credit Card police and I am now a happy client.
